Mr. Joshua Carter, the LCS Mental Health Services Coordinator, holds a mentoring session each month with young men from all four grades. They discuss various topics, including how to be successful in the classroom and how to prepare for their futures. During one of these sessions, Mr. Carter discovered that most of the students did not know how to correctly tie a necktie. Mr. Carter teamed up with Judge Brown to hold an instructional session. They brought a variety of ties for students to use to practice. By the end of the session, all of the students could correctly tie a necktie.
