Welcome to Lanett Junior High’s Counseling & Guidance Department! I am excited to get to work with your son or daughter. The counselor’s office provides the following assistance to students.

Informative Services: Information on choosing careers, training for careers, availability of employment, and financial aid for training, information about schools and training institutions.

Counseling Services: Education counseling for high school and college, such as selection of courses, study habits, registration for college entrance exams, interpretation of scores on exams, orientation for new students; assistance in applying for college or other training institutions; career counseling on personal problems.
