Welcome W.O. Lance Elementary's Assistant Principal It's a Great Day to be a Panther! Lanett City Schools is excited to announce that Mrs. Breeana McCants has been selected as the new Assistant Principal at W.O. Lance Elementary.With over ten years of experience in education and a passion for student achievement, she is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging school environment. Mrs. McCants holds an Education Specialist and a Master’s degree in Instructional Leadership and Administration from Troy University, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Auburn University and Auburn University at Montgomery, respectively. She looks forward to working closely with students, staff, and families to support academic success and a strong school community. In her free time, Mrs. McCants enjoys traveling, singing in the choir, and spending quality time with her husband and their children. She is a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church where she serves in various capacities. Mrs. McCants is thrilled to return home and is deeply honored to serve the W. O. Lance community. She eagerly anticipates a year filled with growth, collaboration, and success.

We're gearing up for a fantastic summer and want to make sure all parents have the key information: Important Reminders: Bus Riders: Morning pick-up at 6:45 AM, afternoon loading at 3:30 PM. Car Riders: Drop-off at 7:30 AM, pick-up at 3:30 PM. What to Wear: Students can wear casual clothes each day (no uniforms!), but please remember our dress code will be strictly enforced.
