Parents and Guardians, please make note of the following schedule for Report Card Pick-Up on Friday, March 20, 2026:
🕚 Early Dismissal: Students will be dismissed at 11:30 AM and buses will run as scheduled.
🚸 Campus Clearance: All students must leave campus by 11:45 AM.
🚪 Office Closure: The school office will be closed to the public from 11:45 AM – 1:00 PM while staff prepare for report card distribution.
📄 Report Card Pick-Up:
Parents may pick up report cards from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
We encourage all parents and guardians to come by and pick up your child’s report card. Thank you for your continued support of our students and school! 🖤💛

Due to the severe weather forecast and in the interest of the safety of our students and staff, Monday, March 16, 2026 will be an eLearning Day for Lanett City Schools.
📚 Student Expectations
All students will work from home
PreK–1st Grade: Students will receive their makeup work when they return
Grades 2–12: Complete assignments in Schoology
Students affected by power outages will have the opportunity to complete any missed work.
💻 Staff Expectations
Staff will receive instructions regarding their work responsibilities through a separate correspondence

Urgent: All Lanett City Schools will transition to an E-Learning Day!
Please be advised that power has not yet been restored at W.O. Lance Elementary. Due to this ongoing outage and the impact on our operations, all Lanett City Schools campuses will be closed to students today, March 12, 2026. Students will complete their assignments electronically in Schoology. Students in grades PK-1 will receive their make-up work later this week. Staff should report to their campus and more information will be provided by your principal.
