Last week our scholars participated in engaging math lessons. Students used manipulatives to solve one step equations.

Today we kicked off Panther P.R.I.D.E, formerly TEAM LJH. Panther P.R.I.D.E serves as our school wide Positive Behavior Invention Supports initiative.
The goal of Panther P.R.I.D.E is to Produce Individuals Destined to Excel through positive collaborations and social interactions.
Students reported to their selected houses where they participated in an engaging PAWS lesson and received essential supplies to aid in the development of organizational skills necessary for success.
Kudos to our house leaders!!!

The Bradshaw Library needs Teen Volunteers to help with their summer program! A great way to have some fun and add to your resume!
"TEEN VOLUNTEER PROGRAM: We are putting together a team of teen volunteers to help us throughout the summer with our summer reading program activities. Volunteers need to be in enrolled in 7-12 grade. This includes public, private, or homeschool programs. Applications are available at the library circulation desk. All applications need to be turned in by Friday, May 10th. If you need more information please email kids@chamberscountylibrary.org"
SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE and that means it is time for the Chambers County Library Summer Programs. Pre-registration is now underway for the Sylvia Word McCollough Reading Challenge which begins on May 24. This year’s theme is “Adventure Begins at Your Library ” Signing up is quick and easy. All meals are at no cost for students who attend the summer program. Breakfast is from 8:00-8:30 & Lunch is from 12:15-12:45 pm. Meals must be eaten on site.
